With an injury forcing Gegard Mousasi out of a "Super Hulk" tourney semifinal appearance, Bob Sapp will now fill in against Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou at DREAM.11 on Oct. 6.After DREAM officials stated they would be leaning toward an ousted first-round "Super Hulk" participant to fill in for Mousasi, Sapp told MMAWekly.com he had been tapped for the job.
Sapp was defeated in the opening round of the tourney by Ikuhisa Minowa, who earned a submission win over "The Beast" in just 75 seconds.
The winner of the Sapp vs. Sokoudjou bout will move on to a December "Super Hulk" finals appearance against the winner of the tournament's other semifinal between Minowa vs. Hong Man Choi (2-2).
